Creamy Vanilla Passion Iced Tea
These came to my attention when my mother-in-law started ordering and sharing photos with me. They are very refreshing, ultra low in carbs and help you get a little fat boost.
- Venti Passion Iced Tea
- add heavy cream
- add 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup
Sous Vide Egg Bites
Proceed with caution, as these tasty sous vide egg bites are a lower carb option but the Bacon & Gruyere does contain 9g of carbs, likely from the cheese and dairy content but also bumped up by the “rice starch” ingredient. Egg White & Red Pepper as well as the Chicken Chorizo Tortilla both contain 13g of carbs. If you’re trying to keep under 20g of carbs per day, these may not be worth the carb count. But in a pinch, this is a very tasty option that may fit into some people’s macros.
Compared with Starbucks’ other hot breakfast options, these have the lowest carbs on the list. And keep in mind, you’ve fallen in love with the taste of these, you can create your own homemade keto-friendly egg bites.
